The City of Ann Arbor has awarded Testing Engineers & Consultants (TEC) the contract to provide the construction materials inspection and testing services for the new 110,000 square foot addition to the existing Ann Arbor City Hall, partial renovation of City Hall, and new site work. The new two-story addition will house the 15th District Court and the Ann Arbor Police. The project kicked off in late March.
With offices in Detroit, Ann Arbor and Troy, TEC, a Detroit-Based and Woman-Owned Enterprise, provides professional environmental, geotechnical, building and infrastructure engineering consulting, and construction materials testing and inspection services.
