Beaumont Neuroscience Center

Royal Oak, Michigan

In July 2014, Beaumont Health System opened the new $22 million Neuroscience Center. The 80,000-square-foot, three-story facility is located on the campus of Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak. The Center offers 11 hospital-based clinics specializing in a variety of neurological conditions, as well as private physician offices. The Neuroscience Center is the first free standing building constructed on the Beaumont Roya Oak campus in over ten years. The hospital-funded Neuroscience center was developed by Royal Oak-based T.H. Marsh Construction and designed by HKS Architects in Northville.

TEC provided the geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing services for this impressive Beaumont building.
