Troy, Michigan – Carl Harlow, PE recently joined Testing Engineers & Consultants Inc., as senior project manger. Carl has over thirty-six years of experience developing quantitative solutions to a broad range of engineering, site location and building problems.
His expertise includes environmental and geotechnical engineering as well as the development of geographic information systems and energy conservation. Harlow has a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Wayne State University where he continued as a university fellow in postgraduate chemical engineering. Harlow has been a Registered Professional Engineer in Michigan since 1973
